Commissions
Commissioned work for agencies, brands and private collectors. Some pieces mark a campaign, some mark a birthday. Your billboard, your wine label, your dog. All made by hand.
Below is a selection, commissioned and self-directed. New projects are added as they wrap.

Celebrating Connection
The Australian Community Managers membership organisation celebrated a ten-year anniversary. Their founder, Venessa, approached me for a commissioned artwork to mark the milestone.
Birthday Girl
With inspiration taken from a happy snap shared on Instagram celebrating an 18th birthday, I recreated the image in oils on canvas.
Sweary Sentiments
Greeting card range designed, produced, and launched on Shopify in time for Christmas. Art direction, product design, and e-commerce.
Your Questions, Answered
-
Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule in a free introductory call—we’ll discuss what you need and work it out from there.

I’m collaborative, honest, and have a great sense of humour. Here’s the process for commissions.
Initial Consultation (Free, 30 minutes)
We discuss your vision, the story or feeling you want to capture, intended location, timeline, and budget. I'll share relevant examples from my portfolio and determine if we're a good fit. This can happen via phone or online.
Proposal & Agreement
Within one week, I provide a detailed proposal including concept approach, dimensions, materials, timeline (typically 4-8 weeks depending on size and complexity), and pricing. Upon agreement and 50% deposit, your commission is scheduled.
Development & Progress Updates
For portraiture and commemorative work, I typically request reference photographs and have a brief conversation about what matters most to you about the subject. For conceptual commissions, we may have additional consultations during the development phase. I provide progress photos and digital concepts at key stages.
Completion & Delivery
Before final delivery, you'll receive photographs of the completed work. The remaining 50% payment is due upon approval. Melbourne metro delivery or studio pickup included; interstate/international shipping available at cost.

Yes, for portraits and pet commissions I work primarily from photographs. I prefer multiple high-resolution images showing different angles and lighting to capture personality authentically.

I provide progress updates at key stages so you can see the work developing. However, if you're unhappy with the completed piece, we'll discuss adjustments where possible. My goal is work that resonates with you.

Yes, I can arrange professional shipping anywhere in the world. International shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the commission price.

This is a rough guide for commissioned artworks. All work requires a 50% deposit. Commercial work depends on complexity and we’ll have a better idea after our first conversation. All prices ex GST.
